If on-line registration is not available, please contact the Official Agency or download the form
and send the completed registration form by FAX or e-mail.

On-line registration will be closed on May 4, 2007. After May 4, you will be required to register on-site.

• Student¡¯s registration fee does NOT include Excursion & Banquet.
- Tickets to the social functions can be purchased separately on-site ($80).
• The registration deadline for presenting authors is April 15, 2007. Inclusion of papers in the final
as well as the congress proceedings is dependent upon the submission of registrations and
payment by this date.
• Congress Kit includes Congress Bag, Abstract Book, CD Proceedings, Program Book and
Participant List.

WCSMO-7 Official Agency +82-2-3446-2903 by Fax.
- Receipt will be sent to you after your payment is received.
- A copy of your passport and the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to the congress
secretariat at 82-2-3446-2903.

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.
Cancellations received by 15 April, 2007 will incur a cancellation fee, $100.
No conference refund will be given for cancellations received after this date.
