The WCSMO-7 organizing committee is pleased to offer special rates for WCSMO-7 participants on hotels that are close to the COEX venue. Guest rooms at the special rate apply to WCSMO-7 participants until May 4, 2007.
Please download the Hotel Reservation Form of your choice, fill out the form and send it by FAX or e-mail to the hotel of your choice.

- The deadline for booking is : May 4, 2007. After this date, rooms will not be subject to availability.
- All mentioned rates are subject to 10% government tax charge and excludes breakfast.
- COEX InterContinental, Oakwood Premier, Ellui Hotel and Ramada Seoul are subject to 10% service charge and 10% government tax charge.
- Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
- Rooms may not be guaranteed for early arrival or late check-out as they are subject to availability.
- The hotel of your choice will send you a confirmation slip within 3 days.
- Reservations must be made by May 4, 2007 and be guaranteed by a credit card.

Deposit of one night’s stay is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations must be sent to the hotel. Cancellations can be made up until 3 days prior to the arrival without penalty. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival date will be subject to 1 night’s accommodation charge.
If you cancel your accommodation at Park Hyatt and Ellui Hotel prior to 7 days, you are subjected to 1 night’s accommodation charge.
